Refund Policy

Effective: July 7, 2026

The short version: because everything we sell is a digital product delivered instantly, all sales are final. Here is exactly what that means — and the things we will always make right.

All sales are final

When you buy The Guide, you get immediate access to the complete web-based guide, the SAT practice tool, the fillable worksheets, and the video walkthroughs. Because that content is delivered the moment you pay — there’s nothing to ship back and no way to “return” something you’ve already read — we do not offer refunds once a purchase is complete.

Why we do it this way

A digital guide can be read cover to cover in an afternoon. A no-questions refund policy on something like that isn’t sustainable for a three-person team, and it would mean raising the price for everyone to cover it. Instead we keep the price low and tell you exactly what’s inside before you buy — 11 chapters, the practice tool, four worksheets, and the videos are all described on the home page. If something isn’t clear, email us before purchasing and we’ll give you a straight answer.

Problems we always fix

“All sales final” is about changing your mind — not about things going wrong on our end. If any of these happen, email us and we’ll sort it out:

The $300 essay-review tier

The $300 tier includes a live 60-minute Common App essay review. The digital materials that come with it are final in the same way as above. For the review session itself: you can reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice through the booking link in your welcome email. If you don’t show up to a scheduled session without notice, that session is considered used. If we ever need to reschedule on you, you’ll always get another session at no cost.
